JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Making sure customers are happy with the service and products
• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
• Managing budgets, Handling cash and end of day checking
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Overseeing pricing and stock control
• Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Preparing promotional materials and displays
• Liaising with head office
• Helping to implement store policies
• Routing sales productivity reports to staff
• Motivating employees

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience:
• Relevant degree and certifications
• Relevant retail management experience
• Good communication skills and the desire to give our customers an enjoyable shopping experience
• Able to comply with defined process and procedures
• Genuine enthusiasm for customer service
• Flexibility and positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
