alfanar Construction is classified as a Grade I contractor by the Contractors Classification Committee of the Government of Saudi Arabia. alfanar Building Systems manufactures and markets a variety of building construction products and systems.
The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are:
- Real estate development
- Façade cladding, glazing systems, and architectural aluminum products
- Precast concrete products and architectural elements
Job purpose
Follow quality processes to help ensure that products and projects meet required standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures, assist with inspections and audits, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and work with cross-functional teams to address quality issues. Collaborate with senior engineers and contribute to ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Key accountability areas
Drawing conformity:
Ensure that all dimensions and embedments are followed. Communicate with designers for clarity on any conflicts.
Inspection compliance:
Follow issued RFIs and provide comments. Monitor that comments are rectified. Represent the department for joint inspection with consultants, clients, etc.
Contributes to continuous improvements:
Enhance processes to improve efficiency. Conduct root cause analysis for all non-conformance reports. Monitor implementation of corrective action requests.
Project execution conformity:
Make sure that only approved materials are utilized. Clarify any project arrangements that require execution. Raise any quality concerns that may be encountered to avoid repetition.
Documentation:
Report any non-conformity and observations including the required root cause analysis. Follow the required corrective actions needed for implementation.

HR proficiency:
Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job. Have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it.
Delivery:
Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
Problem-solving:
Solve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
Quality:
Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
Business process improvements:
Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Health, safety, and environment:
Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products and services.
Academic qualification
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
Work experience
5 to 10 years
