We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the successful execution of our infrastructure projects.
As an Electrical Site Engineer with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical aspects of our infrastructure projects in Riyadh. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, while adhering to safety, quality, and timeline standards.
Your new role, what's involved?
Project Management:
• Collaborate with project managers to develop electrical project plans and schedules.
• Ensure that electrical project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Monitor and report project progress to senior management.
Electrical System Design:
• Review and interpret electrical engineering drawings and specifications.
• Provide input into the design phase to optimize electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and regulations.
Installation and Maintenance:
• Supervise the installation of electrical systems and equipment on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and safety of electrical installations.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Team Leadership:
• Lead a team of electrical technicians and support staff.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members.
• Foster a culture of safety and professionalism within the team.
Quality Assurance:
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures for electrical work.
• Conduct quality inspections to identify and rectify any issues promptly.
Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure that all electrical work is performed in compliance with safety regulations.
• Investigate and report any safety incidents or near misses.
Budget Management:
• Manage the electrical project budget effectively, including cost estimation and control.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Requirements:
We'd love to hear from you if you have:• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
• Professional engineering license preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging construction environment.
