Overview

We are seeking a reliability engineer to join the Saudi Aramco Corporate Maintenance Services (CMS), which includes five groups (Process Optimization & Workforce, Reliability & Technology, T&I and Contracting and Strategic Maintenance Analysis & Support and Maintenance System Unit), located in Dhahran

Corporate Maintenance Services principals is to oversight Saudi Aramco's maintenance and asset management programs, providing consultancy services to asset managing organizations, focused on maintenance and reliability management through offering advisory services and creating solutions, to achieve operational excellence in-line with the Saudi Aramco Maintenance Council direction.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following:

Develop and coordinate plant's reliability strategy and procedure for TPRM program requirements as specified in the TPRM manual from the Corporate Maintenance Services Division (CMSD) and non-TPRM initiatives.

Develop performance measures in accordance to TPRM, industry best practice and alignment with business objectives.

Review and approve all reliability analysis and reports from all reliability engineers.

Analyze and develop the continuous improvement process for all the plant's reliability and maintenance initiatives.

Participates in specialized reliability studies (PMO, Bad Actor Analysis Design for Maintainability and FRACAS Qualitative Assessment).

Participate in the maintenance and reliability design review for new projects, BI-19 and BI-10.

Lead preparation and assessment for the corporate assessment for Participates in the regular assessment activities of the plant overall reliability and issues recommendations for bridging gaps.

Lead the maintenance and reliability design review for new projects, BI-19 and BI-10.

Mentor the development of Reliability Engineer.

REQUIREMENTS


Minimum Requirements

As the successful candidate, you must hold a bachelor's in engineering degree.

You will have ten years of experience in practical knowledge and experience in TPRM methods and practices.

Excellent ability to communicate in technical English with peers as well as members of management and be able to produce clear and concise oral and written reports in English.
