Engineering Interface Manager – Riyadh
CLIENT
Linum Consult’s client is a major international construction consultancy. They are currently seeking an Engineering Interface Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interfacing and coordinating the design and engineering works to ensure the alignment of scope and schedule of all projects
• Coordinating with technical design teams to ensure the design delivery schedule is aligned with a master schedule of project delivery
• Controlling and managing the senior engineers of the project management team with respect to design aspects
• Evaluating and endorsing variation orders/concession requests submitted by the design consultants for the client’s approval
• Monitoring and ensuring timely submittals of all documents from the design consultants to all government departments
Requirements:
PROFILE• Bachelor’s degree qualification in Engineering
• At least 20 years’ experience in water and wastewater projects design, engineering works, and project management
• Excellent technical knowledge of water and wastewater master plans
• Very strong project management skills
• Previous experience of working internationally, preferably in the Middle East
