REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on electrical infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering processes and best practices for electrical infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage engineering teams and develop and implement engineering plans that align with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze project data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office applications.

This Engineering Manager role is a critical position that requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex electrical infrastructure projects from design to implementation. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team, and who is passionate about developing and implementing innovative engineering solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
