- Clearly defining program objectives.
- Stakeholder Management including working directly with CXO’s and Risk Management
REQUIREMENTS
- Establishing global Governance model and driving Steering Committee
- Constraint Management and Negotiation to achieve the organizational goals
- Managing external parties – System Integrators / Product vendors
