* Oversee all business processes and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and goals.
* Provide guidance and support to different project teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects within defined timelines.
* Ensure all projects are aligned with business plans and organizational goals.
* Understand and assess various types of projects, with the ability to provide strategic insight.
* Lead EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office) governance and portfolio management, ensuring effective project planning and execution.
* Manage project and budget planning, ensuring that all resources are allocated efficiently and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:
A successful EPMO Senior Manager should have:* 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Project Management.
* A degree in Business, Management or a related field.
* Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in risk and issue management.
* Knowledge of project management standards and methodologies.
* A commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
