JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

My client is currently seeking an experienced and creative Events and PR Manager to play a key role in shaping the company's brand image and promoting its services.

Description

* Contribute to the development of the overall marketing strategy, with a focus on events and public relations.
* Work closely with the Marketing Director to align events and PR initiatives with the company's business objectives.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including but not limited to product launches, community outreach programs, and health awareness campaigns.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
* Manage budgets and timelines for all events.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and relevant stakeholders.
* Develop and execute PR campaigns to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
* Monitor media coverage and respond to inquiries as needed.
* Create compelling content for press releases, articles, and promotional materials.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to generate engaging content for social media and other digital platforms.
* Ensure consistent and positive representation of the company's brand in all events and PR activities.
* Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's values and mission.
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for events and PR activities.
* Regularly analyze and report on the success of events and PR initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

* 7-10 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
* Preferred industry background in an agency setting.
* Proven experience in events management and public relations.
* Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural nuances.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and impactful campaigns.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup-like environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
