Our newest opportunity is for a talented Executive Assistant to join our award-winning team based in Al Ula, Saudi Arabia. Please note that this role is in a fairly remote location therefore it will be more suited to a candidate that can consider living in such conditions.

This position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the General Manager in order to ensure the most effective utilization of their time to facilitate their priority focus on strategic, high value leadership and management tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Managing the Project Director's calendar, taking into account communicated priorities, potential conflicts, logistical considerations, and multi-calendar integration.
- Pro-actively anticipating calendar events such as travel and meeting arrangements as required, including coordinating participants' availability, venue, catering, and accommodation requirements.
- Providing daily and weekly briefing planning packs to the Project Director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, .
- Assisting in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Recording meeting discussions, preparing an account of the meetings and designates, and following up on assigned action items.
- Assist preparation of New Proposals and tender bulletins.
- Develop, prepare and present presentations.
- Conserving the Project Director's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications. .
- Editing and completing first drafts for written communications to external and internal stake holders.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5 years work experience partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
