JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is a leading Facilities Management company based in Jeddah. They are currently seeking a proactive and reliable Executive Assistant to join their team. The role will provide assistance to the Group CEO in various capacities such as managing calendars and correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements and other daily administrative activities while demonstrating attention to details.

• Records Keeping
Requirements:
• At least 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary or other relevant positions (Experience in KSA will be advantageous)• Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal) is a MUST. Knowledge of the Arabic language will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Resilient and reliable personality that can overcome challenges and figure out solutions
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Proactive and Organized
