Your new company:
Our client is a leading law firm with a strong presence in the Middle East. They are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to join the team.
Your new role:
• All associated Executive Assistant duties supporting a senior executive
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and legal appointments
• Drafting, proofreading, and editing legal documents, correspondence, and reports
• Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems for legal documents and case files
• Coordinating team travel arrangements
• Supporting special projects and initiatives within the firm

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant• Bachelor of honors in Business Admin or related
• Background in the legal or professional services sector
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
• Positive attitude and a desire to be part of the team long-term
Salary:
SAR
15,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
