Position Title: Executive Chef

About the Client:
An industrial catering services company for a project in Neom.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive menu plans aligned with client requirements, dietary restrictions, and cultural preferences.
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency in quality and portion sizes.
- Manage and develop the culinary team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure adherence to strict food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP protocols, and conduct regular audits to maintain compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, actively seeking feedback to continuously improve the culinary experience.
Requirements:
- Open to European and South African nationalities- Male, 45 years old and below
- At least 10 years of experience in a 5-star resort or cruise industry as Executive Chef
- Experience in hotel background and managing high-end buffets is an advantage
- HACCP and Food Safety Certification is a must
Salary:
SAR
20,000 to 30,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
