JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Executive Chef up to 25k Sar for a Leading Fnb Group in KSA
• Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities
• Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
• Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
• Review food and beverage purchases, develop and standardize recipes, maintain safety and sanitation in the kitchen, maintain equipment, design food presentation aesthetics, plan and prepare special menu items
• Choose menu designs and determine menu prices, in charge of interviewing, hiring and training new kitchen personnel
• Develop and implement approved functional policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner

REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: EXECUTIVE CHEF
• SALARY: up to 25,000 SAR all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Leading FnB Group
• WORK LOCATION: Jeddah, KSA
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (1-month maximum)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality, Arabic speaker is preferred
• Male/Female, 45 y/o and below
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts or a related hospitality field
• At least 5 Years in a similar position with an international fine/casual dining restaurant, hotel establishment or in a commercial kitchen of high quality standards
• Experienced in Mediterranean/Arabic food along with international fusion is advantage
• Previous experience of working in Saudi or GCC region is an added advantage
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Advance Culinary Knowledge
• Advance HCCAP & Food Hygiene Knowledge
• Ability to work well under pressure, coach, train and motivate others
