* Develop and implement strategies aiming at promoting the organisation's mission and vision
* Create complete business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the board of directors
* Ensure the organisation's financial performance, growth and sustainability
* Build an effective team of leaders by providing guidance and coaching to department heads
* Establish a positive and productive work environment
* Ensure all operations are conducted in a legal and ethical manner
* Oversee the organisation's investment portfolio and fundraising efforts
* Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and community leaders

Requirements:
A successful Executive Director should have:* Proven experience in an executive role within the healthcare industry
