Description
- Lead the operations of the Executive Office, ensuring efficient day-to-day management and smooth execution of key initiatives.
- Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making and provide high-level administrative assistance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on key projects and objectives.
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution of tasks.
- Manage office communications, prepare reports, and facilitate meetings to support organizational goals.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively handle complex tasks and drive results.
- Oversee the Executive Office schedule, including coordinating appointments, meetings, and managing travel arrangements.

Requirements:
- Experience in Executive Office Management is required. Strong background in managing senior stakeholders and supporting high-level decision-making processes.- Experience working directly with senior leadership in government or ministry settings is preferred
- Background in Executive Office Management , Executive Assistant (EA), Office Management, Project Management (PMO), and Strategy. Ability to handle both administrative and strategic tasks.
- Ability to contribute to the strategic vision of projects and a desire to move into more strategic roles in the future.
- Looking for individuals with a desire to evolve into a more strategic leadership role
