Job Purpose

Successfully handle the responsibilities of Development, EPC and Operation.

Key Accountability Areas

Development, EPC and Operation:
- Lead the development for all the infrastructure projects of AGD across jurisdictions.
- Direct in-house and external EPC of Alfanar the IPP and IWP projects.
- Oversee operation and asset management of assets developed and built by AGD.
- Integration and management of finance, legal, planning, and other support services under project umbrella organizational structures.
- Oversee the implementation of organic and non-organic corporate growth in close coordination with Growth and Strategy department.
- Accountable for the P&L relating to the operations of AGD.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures at corporate and project levels.
- Secured 1 GW of greenfield projects with interconnection and lands among Solar PV, Wind, EfW, CSP, Hybrid and green Hydrogen technologies in Spain and the UK.

- Provide periodic work progress reports.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses to achieve the optimum cost efficiency.

Organizational Development:
- Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
- Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.

Business Process Improvements:
- Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
- Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
- Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to spread its culture.

Quality:
- Quality is considered as alfanar's prime competitive advantage as such, managers are expected to act accordingly.

Academic Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
