JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our Client - a Tier 1 Engineering Consultancy - are seeking an experienced Facilities Condition Assessment Expert to conduct comprehensive assessments of the physical conditions of their major clients buildings and facilities throughout KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting on-site assessments of facilities and buildings to determine their physical condition and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
• Analyzing data and reports to identify trends and patterns in facility conditions and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement facility maintenance and improvement plans.
• Developing and maintaining detailed records of facility conditions, maintenance activities, and costs.
• Conducting cost-benefit analyses of proposed improvements to determine their financial viability.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on facility maintenance and improvement best practices.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and codes related to building and facility maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Engineering, or a related field with experience in the Facility Management/Asset Management sectors
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in facility condition assessments and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
• Experience with facility management software and tools.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
