JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities:
•Establish AOP, regularly review budget versus actual, take corrective actions.
•Procure and manage 3rd party service providers.
•Drive preferred supplier utilisation where advantageous.
•Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
•Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems following management rules and regulations.
•Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for commercial properties.
•Partner with HSE to ensure policies and guidelines are compliant as per Honeywell standards.
•Implementing global Honeywell health, safety and security processes and procedures.
•Space management
•Project management during office upgrades or new office openings, partner with suppliers and local management during execution.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management/ Engineering discipline.
•5 years of industry experience in a facilities management function.
•Experience with international FM standards and practices.
•Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
