JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Required to join an established company providing Facilities Management Consultancy and Facilities Management Agent services to a range of clients in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work with a government client on a FM Infrastructure project in Riyadh. Responsibilities include
• Providing support to the client during the lifecycle of all program components.
• Define the O&M and Asset Management strategy
• Evaluation of tenders and selection of O & M contractors
• Responsible for the co-ordination of a multi-disciplinary team
• Manage the O&M and Asset Management processes
• Ensure that critical dates are met and budget adhered to
• Liaise with numerous stakeholders including clients, municipalities, government bodies and in-house teams
• Progress reporting and chairing client meetings
Requirements:
• A degree in Engineering, Facilities Management• 15 + years working in FM Consultancy
• Experience with government / public sector clients
• A good knowledge of Facilities Management and Asset Management of Infrastructure including roads, highways, utilities etc
• Experience in the Middle East desirable
• Excellent client facing skills able to motivate and manage a multi cultural team
