Facilities Manager:

We are looking for a Professional and Expertise in Building Maintenance and operation, setting up Systems and procedures in Facility and Property Management, Client Relations Ship, Operational Strategic Plan, Asset Management, Project Management, Implementing International system and Process for Operation excellence, Transition and Mobilization, Help Desk Management, Handing Over and taking over of Facility, vendor Management, Contract management, Project P&L Inventory Management, Procurement, Administration including HR support, Recruitment, Induction, Business Development Support, Training and Development, Audits Planning and Review, Business management Review Market Best Practices, Annual Budgeting, CAPAX and OPEX, CAM Calculation, CAFAM,ISO 9001 2015 Cost Saving Techniques, Branding and Marketing, Tender SOW Review and Submission, Team management, statutory Compliance and HSE, Risk Assessment, KPI and SLA Monitoring, PPM, Predictive Maintenance Property Management- Leasing, Marketing, Renting, etc

RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to:

• Lead the engineering and maintenance team.
• Identify and facilitate process improvement projects.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues, material flow, project plans, production capacity, and facility design.
• Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance activities for production assets, utilities, machinery, and buildings
• Develop budget and cost analysis for improvements in the specific plants.
• Manage the spare parts warehouse to support asset maintenance needs.
• Conduct analyses on equipment failures to identify root causes for corrective actions.
• Propose and control the plant and buildings maintenance expense and Capital Investment Budgets (CAPEX).
• Review of all related capital and revenue expenditure proposals, contributing to the development of the annual budget cycle and following through the planning and implementation phase.
• Manage projects for plant expansion, layout optimization and new machinery/equipment installation.
• Direct engineering and construction projects including design and development of works scope, project plans, resources management, vendor bidding and contractor management.
• Ensure appointment of skilled technicians and creating developing them through relevant training.
• Make strategic Planning for the operational Excellence. Review with client for Monthly Management report.
• Implement of international systems and Process for effective operational excellence Like, SOP, PPM, Training Modules, Check List, Best Practices etc.
• Ensure optimum and effective utilization of resources and funds in providing congenial environment and basic amenities in the work premises.
• Keeping track of each Project P&L and ensure the project is operated within the operational budget.
• Plan for mobilization of team for new Projects. Preparing the Transition Plan for the New Properties.
• Plan and Execution for Snagging, Takeover of new Projects, Handing over of Projects.
• New site survey, Preparations of Scope of work, cost Estimations, Review with
• Plan, execution, and management of all plant expansion projects or new plant setup.
• Develop, provide and review scopes of work and technical content for contracts and procurement.

Salary:
SAR 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
