JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry in Saudi Arabia. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of our facilities to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-functioning work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of facility operations, and a proven track record of implementing cost-effective solutions for facility maintenance and improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the maintenance and management of facilities to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Manage facility budgets, including forecasting and cost control measures to optimize operational expenses.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to assess facility needs and prioritize maintenance and improvement projects.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff, ensuring efficient task delegation and performance management.
- Implement and maintain facility safety protocols and emergency preparedness plans.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to procure necessary services and materials for facility maintenance and improvement projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.- In-depth knowledge of facility operations, maintenance best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess facility needs, prioritize projects, and identify cost-effective solutions.
- Solid understanding of budget management and cost control measures to optimize facility operations.
- Familiarity with facility safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and risk management practices.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in facility management or a related field.
Salary:
SAR
15,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Housing allowance, Transportation allowance, Medical Insurance, 30 calendar days paid annual vacation with return air ticket annually
