Facility Manager - FM Service Provider - Jeddah, KSA

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our facilities in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and comfort while delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and team leadership to drive continuous improvement in facility operations. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Manage facility budgets, forecasting expenses, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Coordinate and supervise preventive maintenance programs for all facilities and equipment.
- Lead and mentor a team of facility staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address issues, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery and contract compliance.
- Oversee project management for facility upgrades, renovations, and new construction, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, employees, and management, regarding facility operations and improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in facility management to implement best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Facility Manager or similar role, preferably within the facility management service sector.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to facility management challenges.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to occasionally travel within Saudi Arabia for site assessments and inspections.
