Real Estate - Facility Manager - Arabic speaker
Our client is the leading female-only chain of fitness clubs in Saudi Arabia. Founded in 2012, they are the first and only fitness concept in the Kingdom designed exclusively for women. They are unique in their approach, focusing not just on the physical aspects of fitness but also on the psychological and emotional benefits that accompany an active lifestyle.
We are looking to recruit a Facility Manager / Real Estate Manager to be based in Riyadh. Reporting to the General Manager, the main purpose of the role is to manage a third party facility management company who will provide the operations and maintenance services to a number of leisure club facilities in Riyadh and Dammam.
REQUIREMENTS
In tandem you will be required to liaise with local real estate companies to identify, assess, and recommend suitable real estate premises for additional leisure clubs to support the organizations growth.
Suitable candidates will have more than 10 years’ experience in Facilities Management and Real Estate and will have recent experience in Saudi Arabia. Arabic language skills are required.
