JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Implement systems and procedures to ensure manufacturing operations meets production plans, product quality and cost optimization
• Ensure quality orientation and identify quality improvement programs to improve the cost effectiveness
• Monitor working conditions to ensure continued provision of a safe and healthy working environment, in this role, talent and efforts will be essential to the day-to-day operation management and successful completion of exciting, high-profile production facility, and company
• 7-10 years minimum experience, with the last three years as factory manager in a reputable company
• Saudi Arabia/GCC countries experience is essential
• Fluent writing, reading and communications in both Arabic & English languages
• Excellent organizational, communication, punctuality and time-management skills
• Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Management)
REQUIREMENTS
• 4-year degree (Bachelor’s degree) in a technical / electrical or industrial engineering field (or equivalent), preferably in bottled water manufacturing, soft drinks, food, and beverages industries, and at least 7 years' related work experience is required with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
