Overview

We are seeking a Field Rotating Equipment Engineer (Mechanical Engineer) for the Ras Tanura Producing Department (RTPD).

RTPD/RTPMD Provides Maintenance Engineering support for Ras Tanura Producing Department with specialized engineering and technical knowledge in the areas of maintaining Rotating Equipment, Electrical and instrument systems to maintain stable operation and maximize profitability and meeting highest standards of safety and environment.

Key Responsibilities

Any potential candidate is expected to perform including but not limited to the followings:

Support and maintain day-to-day reliable operations, and minimize equipment out of service. Develop and manage rotating PM (Preventive Maintenance) programs, evaluating equipment performance, recommending improvements and new technologies

Rotating equipment and valve repairs as well as conducting failure analysis reports for all equipment defects and failures in the plant and lead the maintenance team for performing investigation and troubleshooting activities and develop recommendations

Frequently review and update the critical spare part list under area and performing cataloguing activities

Handle active maintenance work orders that includes ordering material, carryout shutdown items and new work and upgrades

Develop contract scope of work and General coordination with vendors

Projects design package review and execution

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements

The successful candidate should hold bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other advanced professional engineering degree in related field

Minimum of 15 years of experience with advance knowledge and experience in the field of Stationary Equipment, Structure and Piping systems in addition to corrosion

Has a knowledge in equipment reliability and failure troubleshooting. The targeted engineer is preferred to have professional engineering certifications like CRMP,TapRoot, FE and PE

Good knowledge of the design and operating function of Aramco facilities and equipment. The aptitude and ability to apply an engineering analysis and appraisal to maintenance techniques and practices.

Practical knowledge and experience in maintenance methods & practices including offshore pipelines & platforms structures repairs, welding & fabrication procedures, coating systems and material science

Knowledge base of the latest developments in oil and gas process engineering technology through work experience, conferences, seminars and professional journals

Must have a positive attitude, be open to new ideas, and face new challenges and willing to work collaboratively for the company's best interests
