In this role, you will be a key member of the Finance team, will provide you with the opportunity to help Deloitte with recording and analyzing financial transactions, receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

During your tenure as a Receivable Associate, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

- Prepare invoices for clients to include various contract types, including cost reimbursable, time and materials, firm fixed price and related variations of each
- Compile invoice backup documentation to comply with client invoice specifications and Deloitte internal records
- Prepare reconciliation, perform aging unbilled analysis and manage aging receivable collections
- Resolve invoicing issues that arise due to unique billing requirements, project adjustments or system issues, including indirect and direct rate adjustments
- Ensuring the cash suspense account is cleared and the entries are reviewed when the period concludes
- Supervision of wire transfer transactions to ensure a seamless workflow
- Provision of information about unallocated receipts to the business
- Provide management information and analysis regarding cash collection
- Ensuring that every transaction is kept up to date proactively, methodically, and error-free
- Complying with applicable VAT, ZATCA and WHT requirements
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct when dealing with receivables and collections.
- Providing deliverables for and responding to queries from internal and external audit

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field
- 1-3 years experience in an accounting process, such as invoicing, general accounting, finance, account reconciliations and analysis
- Outstanding proficiency with Microsoft Excel; strong computation and quantitative abilities; outstanding office administration abilities to guarantee workload coverage
- Ability to uphold relationships
- Ability to work with client and other portals including Etimad KSA
- Ability to function well in a group
- Outstanding communication abilities, especially in writing
- Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to uphold geographical ties
- High degree of accuracy and thoroughness
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Excellent work ethic
