Finance Business Partner (Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar)

Company:
Our client is a leading Provider of Airport Services in KSA. They are currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner for their offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar

Duties & Responsibilities:
• The role holder is responsible for providing dedicated end-to-end financial support for the assigned Airport. The role holder is responsible for leading and managing financial planning and budgeting activities, implement financial controls and financial risk management frameworks and manage financial accounting and reporting activities for the Airport
• Ensure all financial control, activities and governance for the assigned Airport are in line with regulatory requirements and consistent with the company internal financial policies; ensures statutory compliances of all systems, processes and finance and accounting practices
• Guide the development and consolidation of the assigned Airport budget and presents the consolidated budget to the Director – Airport for necessary approvals
• Ensure the necessary operational support and guidance related to the management of cash flow, cost controls and expenses for the assigned Airport identifying potential financial opportunities and weaknesses and recommending corrective actions
• Review the progress of budget implementation for the assigned Airport through variance analysis (actual vs target) and manage the development of periodic financial management information reports
• Initiate the development, implementation and follow up of the cost optimization efforts during budget review
• Participate in the development and implementation of the Finance Operation policies, procedures, and processes
• Execute the implementation of Finance strategic objectives and initiatives as well as policies, procedures and processes at the assigned Airport
• Prepare and analyse all financial reports for the assigned Airport, including income statements, balance sheet and cash flow statements in accordance with financial accounting standards
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of Finance Process and Analysis function systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement

Salary:
SAR 12,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance Management
• MBA or Master's in a relevant field is a plus
• A certification in a Finance-related field from an accredited institution (e.g. CFA, CPA, CMA)
• 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Fluency in English & Arabic
• Saudi National
