They are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team. As a Saudi national, you will play a crucial role in our journey to transform the travel sector.

Description

• Lead and develop a team of finance business partners, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure high performance and alignment with the company's mission.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support our growth, profitability, and sustainability in the travel industry.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Act as a strategic partner to department heads in operations, offering financial insights, data-driven recommendations, and financial feasibility assessments for projects and initiatives.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics, cost analysis, and revenue projections.
• Monitor and control budgets, working collaboratively with department heads to optimize resource allocation, cost-efficiency, and profitability.
• Identify and assess financial risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies to protect the company's financial interests.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, financial reporting standards, and other relevant legal requirements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or professional finance certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
