JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Internal reporting (Analyst report summaries - quarterly management reports )
- External reporting (Facts sheet, points of clarity, quarterly releases )
- The Annual Report completion with knowledge of the Corporate Governance
- Meet the analysts information requirements
- Follow up with the brokerage agencies reports and clarify the contents
- Collect & consolidate internal data to complete the financial model
- Calculate price / share using STC data and assumptions
- Contribute to manage the shareholder register
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance - MBA preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CFA preferred.
- Worked in corporate listed large companies at least 5 years
- Has experience at Investor relations at least 3 years
- Financial models; DFCF, NPV, IRR etc.
