JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Manage the accounting function of the EPC entity in Saudi Arabia.
- Deal with statutory auditors and tax authorities
- Manage the treasury function such as banking matters, effective cash flow utilization, etc
- Prepare management reports, monitor budgets, etc -
- Ensure maintenance of the Company’s books of accounts including general ledger, fixed assets, product costing, accounts receivable, selling expenses, accounts payable, invoicing, inventory management
- Provide guidance on the implementation and updates to the financial policies and procedures in local context
- Prepare overseas financial analysis and reports for HQ in Singapore
- Assist the Chief Financial Officer / Finance Director as and when required
- Assist / Set up of Finance team for Saudi Arabia operations
- Any other duties assigned by HQ in Singapore
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Accountancy/Finance
- Minimum 7 years of accounting and operations experience, preferably in a construction environment, with project accounting experience
- Able to manage full sets of accounts
- In-depth understanding of financial and operations process and system flows, preferably with process re-engineering and/or system implementation experience
- EPC/ Construction experience
- Familiar with Saudi Arabia tax and Finance regulation
- Candidates whom are able to transfer their Iqama on short notice preferred.
