JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the dynamic team of our client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our appliance business, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our company's growth. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, capable of managing a team and driving financial performance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the overall business objectives.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide insights into business performance.
- Oversee budgeting processes and ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to inform strategic decision-making, including pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional development.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and investments to optimize financial performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Develop financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting and forecasting processes and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor industry trends and economic conditions to provide insights on potential impacts to the business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.- A minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management, preferably within the appliances or distribution industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing finance teams.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change within the organization.
Salary:
SAR
30,000 to 40,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
