JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
For Indian or Sri Lankan National with Transferable Iqamah
• To Provide decision support by financial modeling, business case analysis and financial/management reporting.
• To Create Accurate Forecasts while managing clear, controlled Reporting and Analysis
• To Provide concise and effective communication of financial results in a timely manner
• To Act as a resource to the non-financial leaders of the business by sharing financial acumen and business information concepts to ensure that financial based decision making occurs throughout the corporation
• To Provide financial analytical support
• To Evaluate Financial outcomes of various decision alternatives and provide information on potential decision impacts along with recommendations.
• To Develop standardized financial analysis methodologies (trend, ratio, EVA. Scenario planning, risk etc)
• To Develop and prepare Monthly, Quarterly and yearly Financial and performance reports
• Preparation of Budget for the company and Plans for each business lines.
• To ensure External and internal audit requirements are timely provided to get timely audit reports
REQUIREMENTS
• B. S. in Accountancy degree and must be CPA or Chartered Accountant
• Five to eight years related work experience, preferably in manufacturing concern.
• Good communication skills, written and spoken;
• Knowledge and experience in IFRS.
• Numerical and analytical skills.
• Dependable, hardworking, and can work under pressure.
• Business focused and commercial awareness.
• Expert in Excel
• Working experience in Oracle ERP is an added advantage
• Progressive Financial Analysis experience in a manufacturing/corporate environment
• Functioning in a highly-matrixed structure across functional, business, geographic and cultural boundaries
