Job Title: Financial Controller
Department: Finance
Client: FMCG / Manufacturing
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are working with a leading FMCG client to help them find a Financial Controller to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The successful candidate will help achieve the company's targets , support in finance transformation, enforcing governance and control/compliance. This person will report to the Commercial Director and will have a team of 4-6 members. You will also be involved in business partnering to provide commercial inputs to the relevant parts of the business.
Job description:
*Overseeing the Finance department.
*Responsible for planning, forecasting and reporting of the financial performance of the business in the KSA market.
*Support Strategic and Operational Planning (S&OP)
*Lead and coordinate revenue analysis
*Ensure best practice financial models and tools
*Producing key financial information, and cause of change analysis for monthly process.
*Preparation of Annual and Quarterly Budget Reviews (including P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet) and monitoring of monthly financial statements for multiple entities in line with area and group guidelines
*Managing and analysing overhead budgets with key stakeholders.
*Responsible for periodic management reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
*10 - 12 years of leadership experience in Finance.
*CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA certification (must)
*Have worked for a blue-chip FMCG / Manufacturing organisations.
*Experience in Finance Transformation and project finance.
*Market knowledge in Saudi Arabia is preferable.
*Transferable IQAMA.
