Financial Controller

Duties include but not limited to:
- Setting effective policies & procedures aligning with the brand to promote profitability and cost reductions.
- Assist in preparing annual hotel budget with the management team.
- Setting appropriate forecasting strategies to anticipate business needs.
- Monitor and analyze all payroll procedures.
- Enforce and manage credit policies.
- Recommend enhancements and changes to procedures as needed based on analyzed financial data.
REQUIREMENTS
Your experience and skills include:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
- Competency using a variety of computer software
- Strong presentation skills
- Related hotel experience
