Description
As a Fixed Asset Specialist you will be responsible for :
* Monitor internal controls, procedures and forms for the recording of fixed assets
* Record fixed asset acquisitions
* Calculating and recording depreciation expenses
* Collaborating with other departments to plan and execute asset purchases and disposals
* Providing reports and analysis on the status and performance of fixed assets.
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures for managing fixed assets.
* Recommending improvements to fixed assets management processes.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful will candidate will have :
* 5+ years of experience within finance roles
* 3+ years within fixed assets
* Real - Estate experience is a plus
* Holding a certification would be preferred
* Great communication skills in Arabic and English
