JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Demonstrated ability to provide in-depth knowledge and analysis of FM technologies, aligning them with business requirements and enhancing FM service delivery.
• Proficient in acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication of FM technology needs.
• Expertise in leading the capture and documentation of business requirements, ensuring FM technology applications are customized to meet these needs.
• Strong ability in analyzing and enhancing FM processes through technology solutions, focusing on increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Skilled in overseeing the selection and management of technology vendors, including leading the RFP process to source optimal technology solutions.
• Competence in managing the overall user experience design of FM applications, ensuring they are user-friendly and meet user requirements.
• Capability to assist in the design of a universal data layer, ensuring effective support for FM application needs.
• Ability to work closely and effectively with engineering, operations, strategy, and leadership teams, providing expert advice and solutions in FM technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in specifying, implementing, and supporting FM applications, collaborating seamlessly with relevant teams for effective execution.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced qualifications or certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or related areas would be advantageous.
• Strong command of English, both oral and written.
