JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Required to join a successful international services company managing the Facilities on a hospital project in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the contract management of service operators. the administration of capital improvement works, improvement of energy efficiency, developing strategic maintenance and replacement strategies etc.
REQUIREMENTS
• A degree in a relevant subject and further Facilities Management qualifications
• 10 years + of managing facilities and operations within a Healthcare / Hospital environment
• Expert in international best practice in facilities management
• Extensive experience in the management of service providers
• Able to lead and motivate a multi-disciplined workforce.
• Experience in Change Management.
• Proven financial management expertise,
• MUST be fluent in Arabic and have worked in the healthcare industry
