JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Food and Beverage Manager up to 35k Sar for a Leading Food Co in Ksa
• Must be an experience head of Tier-I casual dining restaurant with the theme of home-cooked Mediterranean fusion cuisine
• Responsible for independently running the whole restaurant operations
• Can manage the full kitchen staff, menu and concept development and execution, marketing, promotion campaigns, property management and P&L
REQUIREMENTS
• Position: FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER
• Salary: up to 35,000 SAR all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

• Availability: Can join immediately (1-month maximum)

Candidate Profile:
• Open to any nationality, Arabic speaker is preferred
• M/F, 45 y/o and below
Qualifications:
• Degree in food service management or related field
• Proven 7 years of food and beverage management experience
• Must be an experience head of Tier-I casual dining restaurant with the theme of home-cooked Mediterranean fusion cuisine
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
