Position Title: Food Quality Assurance Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K SAR depending on experience and qualifications, plus shared accommodation, meals, and other benefits
Job Location: Neom, KSA
About the Client:
An industrial catering services company for a project in Neom.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement food quality standards and specifications aligned with industry best practices.
- Conduct regular food quality audits and inspections across all stages of food preparation and service to assess compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor food product quality, taste, and presentation to ensure consistency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to the camp's quality guidelines.
- Analyze food quality data, including sensory evaluations and customer feedback, to identify trends, address issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes, ensuring that they meet the camp's quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Open to Filipino nationality- 35 years old and below
- At least 6 years of experience in 5-star large-scale food services industry or similar high-end environment is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Safety and Quality Assurance or related certifications such as HACCP or other relevant food safety management systems
Salary:
SAR
12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
