Position Title: Food Safety Auditor – KSA
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus joining ticket, visa, and insurance
Job Location: Riyadh, KSA
About the Client:
A chain of standalone café restaurants based in Riyadh, KSA
Job Description:
• Provide appropriate safety training and certifications on Hygiene & Quality management to the team and be able to implement within approved standards
• Send a weekly and monthly report on Hygiene and Quality KPIs monitoring to the management
• Ensure uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, and compliant to company policies
• Track food wastage and implement strategies to minimize and control such
• Work with the whole team in operations to ensure that compliance with all food safety requirements and audits are passed
• Coordinate with restaurant management and finance to sort out issues pertaining to F&B Hygiene
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role in any GCC countries within the F&B industry
• Preferably with Advanced Hygiene Certification (HACCP certified and/or HACCP Trainer Certificate)
• Should have a valid GCC driving license ready to be converted to KSA
• Knowledge of Advanced Excel formulas
• Can relocate to KSA – NOC from current employer in the UAE or Iqama is canceled/transferable if within KSA
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
