Hiring: General Construction Builder – Saudi Arabia
We are currently looking for experienced Construction Builders to join a reputable project in Saudi Arabia. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Requirements:
• Proven general construction knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Skilled in painting and clustering (plastering/rendering).
• Ability to work under hot climate conditions.
• Physically fit and ready for on-site labor work.
• Must be available immediately or on short notice.

Requirements:
• Physical strength and endurance – Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and working for extended periods in various environmental conditions.• Proficiency in the use of construction tools and equipment – Skilled in handling hand tools, power tools, and operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints – Competence in understanding construction plans to execute tasks with precision.
• Versatility in construction techniques – Experience across multiple trades such as masonry, carpentry, concrete work, plastering, and scaffolding.
• Strong problem-solving abilities – Capable of identifying and resolving site-related issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted progress.
• Effective time management – Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines and manage tasks within specified timeframes.
• Mathematical aptitude – Basic numerical skills for accurate measurement, estimation, and material calculation.
• Awareness of health and safety regulations – Knowledge and application of occupational safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Team collaboration and communication skills – Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders on site.
• Attention to detail – Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship with precision and care.
• Technical aptitude – Basic mechanical understanding, particularly in the maintenance and troubleshooting of construction tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of building codes and industry standards – Familiarity with local and international construction regulations and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to undertake continuous training – Openness to acquiring new skills and certifications to meet evolving industry demands.
Salary:
USD
3,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
