General Manager - HR Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is one of the leading and most progressive groups in the Middle East with over 15,000 employees. They are looking to hire a dynamic and talented Senior General Manager - Rewards for their office in Jeddah.

In this management role you will;
- Oversee day-to-day personnel operation activities and the organization’s employee relations strategy by complying with the approved company policies and procedures, and Saudi Labor Laws to ensure efficient and effective support to assigned operating business, region and associates.

REQUIREMENTS

- Preferably a Saudi Arabian national
- Minimum 7 years experience in Human Resources or Personnel Administration works
- Saudi Labor Law: Knowledge in the interpretations of the important provisions of the Saudi Labor Law.
- Personnel and Human Resources: Good knowledge of principles and procedures in compensation and benefits, labour relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- Administration and Management: Basic Knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.
- University Degree
