We solve complex problems by finding integrated data-centric solutions from the first stages of consulting and engineering to installation and commissioning, to the last stages of decommissioning and remediation. - Ability to work under pressure with multi linguistic and culture people
- Coordinate well with all Internal and External clients.
- A thorough knowledge of standard contract terms, including hourly, lumps sum, not-to-exceed and how they are applied in the billing process.
- Able to reconcile any/all accounts independently
- Employ problem-solving skills and analysis, and report problems to reporting Manager.
- Prepare and Update Sales Invoices and performs reconciliations, assist with reviewing of expense reports, supplier invoices.
- Basic knowledge of accounting standards, handling audits and following group policies and procedures
- Should be proactive and ability to work well with all under deadline and respond to changes in priorities.
- Good written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or higher
- Advanced computer literacy, including experience in Excel spreadsheets and accounting software preferably Oracle.
- Relevant experience in Projects / billing cycles and receivables experience.
