JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Managing the Finance Managers’ teams.
- Prepare or direct the preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, or reports required by regulatory agencies.
- Preparation of Business plans, Financial Assessment & various financial reports.
- Analyze the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify new opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Preparation of all related financial policies.
- Monitor financial activities and details, such as cash flow and reserve levels, to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Advise the CFO, & Board of Directors on various financial matters including investment & new opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

- Min 10 years of experience in Finance department with leading Contracting Company.
- Previous experience in group of companies with a Turnover of +SR. 1 Billion.
- Sound-Knowledge of economic, accounting principles and practices.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Financial Consolidation.
- Good Knowledge of banking products (Loans, LG, LC, & etc).
