JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Purpose:
As part of Rail subsystem in charge of 97 km of single track, 21 stations to maintain, your role is to supervise the Maintenance team to reach targets and contractual obligations. Reporting to Guideway and Rail Lines Manager. Support the preparation and execution of internally produced document, procedure, services/ parts and in accordance with customer expectations whilst adhering to the requirements of HSE & AZDP policies.
Accountability:
- Availability of the Platform Screen doors.
- Delivery and application of All Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance to prevent failures
- Optimization of Maintenance efficiencies.
- Applying and Maintaining the safest methods of work by respecting rules and procedures.
- Always working in coordination with different actors before accessing guide way.
REQUIREMENTS
- Educational Background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
- Desired Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Guideway and 3rd Rail maintenance.
- Previous team leading experience on Multicultural environment.
- Very good knowledge of railway products and systems.
- Conflict management and interpersonal skills.
- Team spirit approach and good communication skills.
- Anticipation and clear reporting,
