JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Reporting directly into the Head of Design for the Group you will be handling the head office team of Architects, BIM Engineers and Draughtman.

Can you pull together visions, teams and people to drive towards architectural success? Confident to client face and pitch bids? As the Senior Architecture Manager you will be based from the Head Office in Riyadh ( See below for exact location)

Role
• Involved in an array of projects & assignments for the business.
• You will be overseeing the design & engineering team.
• Handling drafts & computer modeling whilst dealing with design changes, reviews and issues raised by clients.
• This person will have a strength of architecture having worked for design & engineering consultancies in the region.
• You will understand the nature of the industry, the fast paced nature and the need to give clients insights and design solutions to a range of business and project needs.
• Reporting into the Design Director & Owner
• Hands on guiding, managing and mentoring the design team
• Lead and present for Architectural Proposals & Bids
• Look at feasibility taking into account regulations and current demands and trends in the Kingdom
• Take concepts through to detailed design and live site works
• Looks at architectural & design in a holistic view being able to see the big picture for clients and all stakeholders

Salary:
SAR 30,000 to 32,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• NSR Associates are seeking
• Happy to be based in the Head Office on a daily basis in central Riyadh – Near King Abdullah Park (No remote working as managing the team in house)
• Degree Educated – Architecture
• 10-15 Years’ Experience in a similar architectural lead role
• Clear experience in managing people and working in a team
• Solid experience – BIM, REVIT & AutoCAD
