JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Guildhall is representing a major developer in Saudi Arabia.
With responsibility for delivering one the flagship developments in the region over the coming years they are seeking to identify a Head of Asset Management for the programme.
This role will be a key member of the Property Management Leadership team and will be pivotal in managing the organisations assets.
Ensuring the provision of a high quality, value-for-money portfolios of services in support of our clients service objectives are managed effectively is critical.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be degree educated (preferably in Architecture or an Engineering field)
- PMP / PMI accredited
- Minimum of 15 years experience in a Developer / Property Management environment
- Must have GCC experience (preferably in KSA)
- Demonstrated a track record of managing teams and projects
