Head of Data Management
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Purpose
The Head of Data Management will lead enterprise-wide data strategy and governance to enable analytics, transparency, and data-driven decision-making. The role ensures that data assets are well-governed, reliable, secure, and effectively leveraged across projects and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and implement enterprise data management and governance frameworks, including data ownership, stewardship, and quality standards.
• Oversee data architecture, master data management, and enterprise reporting frameworks.
• Enable business intelligence (BI), analytics, and dashboards to support strategic, operational, and financial decision-making.
• Partner with business, finance, IT, and project teams to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance, working closely with cybersecurity and risk functions.
• Establish data standards, policies, and controls to improve consistency and accuracy across systems.
• Lead and develop data management and analytics teams, fostering a culture of data-driven performance.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, enterprise information management, or related roles.• Demonstrated success in implementing data governance frameworks, BI platforms, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data quality management, and analytics enablement.
• Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
