JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Developing marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives, identifying target audiences, and setting marketing budgets.
• Overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions.
• Conducting research to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors.
• Building and maintaining the brand's image and identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
• Collaborate with other teams, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
• Planning and executing product launches, including market positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
• Managing and guiding a marketing team, setting goals, and evaluating performance.
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns using data and metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Creating or overseeing the creation of marketing content such as advertisements, blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns, OH.
• Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to enhance marketing reach.
• Managing the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring cost-efficiency in marketing activities.
• Developing strategies to engage and retain customers, including loyalty programs and customer feedback mechanisms.
• Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate them into marketing strategies.
• Ensuring all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, including data privacy and advertising regulations.
• Evaluating the return on investment of marketing activities and adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.
• Identifying and establishing partnerships or alliances that can benefit the company.
• Planning & Marketing strategies.
• Marketing budget preparation and implantation with max ROAS.
• Brand management and marketing campaign.
• Social media team management.
• Marketing tools evaluating / analytics.
• Showrooms Main KV, Branding
• Store Opening.
• PR Management.
• Media Creation Management & Buying.
• Reporting.
• Products Photoshoot Management
• Product recommendations and new products launch
• Managing PR Team
• Customers persona and brands persona
• Managing all brands under company based on each brand persona. Direction along with plan for each
• Support executive director per company directions in which related to marketing

Salary:
SAR 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: bonus, medical, visa, flight

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Marketing
• Retail regional brand experience in fashion/ accessories / apparel marketing/branding.
• Managed marketing budget with marketing campaign.
• Strong understanding of Marketing executions and activations in Retail
• Effective communicator across all levels in both English and Arabic
